Order Processing
All orders are dispatched within 1- 4 business days, unless otherwise communicated with the customer.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping Carrier | We offer shipping via USPS or UPS, based on your choice during checkout. Please proceed to checkout to see shipping prices which are accurately reflected.
Returned Packages | If a package is returned to us due to refusal at delivery or because of an incorrect address provided by the buyer, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. The customer will be responsible for all reshipping fees. If you choose not to pay for reshipment, a restocking fee of 20% of the total order amount will be charged. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Signature Requirement | Orders above $1000 will require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. For all shipments valued over $1,000, we will ship priority insured. All such shipments require a direct signature for more security. Additionally, there is an option for an Adult Signature which requires a valid ID (21+); the shipping name on file must match the ID (Driver's License, ID card). If you release a signature, delivery is at your own risk.

Damage / Lost | Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damaged or missing packages. In such cases, it is the buyer's responsibility to file any shipping claims with the carrier.
International Shipping | Please contact us directly for an international shipping quote anywhere outside of the United States.
